The Hinman building is nicely rehabbed however, don't rent on the 3rd floor. You'll be lucky if you get a 5 min hot shower. After many complaints, management did not spend the money to fix the problem. The maintenance guys are great, however, there is only so far they can go. If you don't mind screaming kids that tear up the courtyard along extremely messy neighbors, go ahead and rent here.
