Rockwell Pet Clinic has always taken wonderful care of all the cats (and occasional dogs) that I have taken there for care. They have actually cared for close to a thousand cats for us (local rescue) and their whole staff has always been very caring and professional with our rescues and fosters. Where many clinics in the area act like the homeless pets that are rescued by organizations and citizens are "throw away", Rockwell Pet Clinic personnel are courteous and caring with all the pets taken to them for care. I have been going to Dr McNeil for 10 years or more. He saved my dog when she had IMHA, gave her a blood transfusion. I didn't think she was going to make it, and he SAVED her. Also Dr Sutterfield saved our other dog when he had parvo. PAX was in the clinic for 10 days, blew his vein out, had huge gapping wounds on his leg, that I had to treat at home, when he FINALLY made it out of there. The vets and staff are all very caring and professional. I feel that my cats are in very capable hands here.
I am so happy with the professional staff at Rockwell Pet. I have three dogs that are very important to me and the treat them with kindness and gentlemen every time we come. While waiting I noticed they treat every client and their pets like they are their most important customer. I drive by countless vets on my way to Rockwell and it is well worth my time and they even save me money. Thank you Rockwell for loving Bella, Zoey and Lydia as much as we do
Dr. McNeill has been our dog doctor since 1997. He's one of the few vets that is also a people person. They do a wonderful job grooming my 130lb Alaskan Malamute which is no easy task.The other doctors are also fabulous and his staff really cares about the well being of your pets. Blessed to have found them so many years ago.
Been taking pets there for 15 years. Dr Satterfield gave my dog the wrong medicine and was making my pup go blind. Had to go to a specialist. Now over $100 later and 3 more medications hopefully my dog will heal. It's too soon to tell. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!
I've been bringing my pets here for over 10 years, but with my experience yesterday I'll NEVER be back and I'll be sure to let everyone know to never step foot in this place. The girl with the short blonde pixie hair was yelling at me, verbally attacking me, and calling me a liar for what was her fault. I've never been treated so badly in all my life, never again!
