I went for my flu appointment this morning but found out the practice has been closed permanently. Thank you so much for all the care of the team of doctors, nurses and the reception, they've always been excellent in taking care of me and my family, especially Dr. Miranda Maw, Dr. Gerry McLaren, and Dr. Irina, who recently joined the practice. They'll truly be missed.
Reception staff were really helpful. Fitted me in for an appointment quickly. Dr was approachable and I got what I needed. Unfortunately not bulk billed and having to pay the full amount up front and wait for the Medicare rebate a few days later can be tough when money is tight, but that is the same as a lot of medical centres now.
The medical centre is very nice and clean and so welcoming atmosphere. Dr Joel is very helpful so with his wife worked in the office for him. I would recommend my family and friends to go if they needed a doctor. Thank you, for the recommendation from some staff in the hospital.
