My review is for 12605 East Fwy managed my Rockwell. The parking makes ZERO sense. All the handicap parking spots are far from the elevator entrance and a walking distance from the nearest entrance. Today 80% of the handicap spots were blocked with dumpsters. The same 2 vehicles are parked in the ONLY TWO parking spots near the elevators. I used to be able to pay from at least 2 accounts, now with the updated system. I am unable to do so. I was told we now can only pay from one account, which who has their money go to one bank account. I have been trying to pay at least more than half since 11pm 02/05, then again on 02/06 and 02/07 since I had to request Cashiers checks to be mailed to me from my savings accounts. I've rented from them for 10 years now. This whole time I was able to make partial payments throughout the month and now you can only pay all at once. I recently missed some work because of the storm and my rent will be late. The late fee is 5%. So instead for paying 5% of what I don't have, I'll have to pay 5% of the entire bill. They are sticking it to me when I'm at my lowest.
