Don’t park here. Game went in to overtime and we went past our time by 20 minutes and they charged an extra $7. Will not park here again. Have season tickets to the Monsters potential for $500 from me but they feel the $7 is more important for the 20 minutes not going there again. Rip off!!!
Came here for the browns preseason game. Heavy traffic getting in but getting out wasn't too bad. I got my parking pass on spot hero for $30 but parking was $20 at the facility. The walk to the game wasn't too bad. The stairways smell of urine is the only negative thing I have to say of this place
Parked here since I started my job. Seems a new company has taken over and removed the early bird special. Don't bother parking here.
Don’t park here for a Browns game. Terrible experience leaving. It’s a parking garage.
This ended up a much better option for overnight parking than the $19+tip at the Drury Plaza Hotel for valet. Currently the rate is per hour, then at 3am it becomes a $16 total fee and as long as you're out by 3pm, the total is $16. It's 1/2 block from Drury Plaza Hotel. It's nice to be able to return to your car in the evening in case you have clothes in it or something. Can't do that with Valet parking.
