I lived for about two years at Rockwell. It’s a very nice building, the amenities are great and location is good. But the best part are the staff. Annett the building manager keeps everything organized, tidy and is super friendly. The people on the front desk always made me feel welcome, special shout out to Lilly. I miss them!
It's a nice condo complex in the Van Ness Corridor. All units are owned, rentals are done thru third parties, etc.
Rude leasing agent
I've lived here for three years. The actual living experience is relatively poor for San Francisco or any new development. The Rockwell is a simple condo building, with all original finishes and appliances requiring upgrades. There are no luxury offerings (valet, dry cleaning, doorman) despite being advertised as "luxury" housing. The population is quite transient which contributes to poor culture, and the building's location sits at the bottom of a hill when walking north toward the Marina or west toward Filmore.
