I just want to say how amazing and hard working our new property manager is she is truly amazing and hard working she has been getting things done. This place has been the best place ever to live highly recommended rockwellcourt it’s very family friendly we all love our small community area and Deb has made it so much better.
I had lived at the apartment complex for 5 years. When I had orginally moved in the apartment was what I needed for myself and my kids. We had the water heater leak which created a puddle on the carpet and the only thing that was done to dry out was they had put in a huge, loud fan to dry it out. We were without hot water for over a week. When moving to a different apartment in the complex, I told management we would not clean door due to mold from the issue. I do not recommend you live here! A lot of things eventually break down. The water heater broke down a lot when I lived there, and a couple of other things broke down and didn't work. Not a lot of room. It gives you shelter and everything, but a lot of things break down either a couple of times or a lot. I do not want to live there again.
Great place to live. Highly recommend if you are a decent tenant that pays on time, picks up after dogs, and after your kids you wont have any issues. We lived at multiple apartments by this company and they have been wonderful to work with and address issues extremely timely.
