I have had the worst experience with this builder. They state that they build a custom luxury home but they delivered something not even on par with the least expensive tract home. Our punch list was completed a few days before we closed on 07/13/2013 and we have been left with a disaster since then. We have unpainted walls and ceilings and an improperly installed floor throughout the house and a number of other items that were never addressed.
