Dr Egan is great. She extremely thorough and really listens to your concerns, thoughts and opinions. I do feel her office staff could have put forth more of an effort in assisting me with finding a location where an ultrasound on my shoulder could be conducted. I was just told that BSW Terrell does not perform ultrasounds in the shoulder which is baffling. Again, a little more guidance and support with that could have been nice and considerate.
Very friendly staff. I love dr Egan. She is a wonderful and caring person.
Appreciated how she answered every question where I could understand. Real down to earth Dr. Felt very comfortable with her.
