Really impressed with this roofing company. I had one specific problem that needed fixing, and they came out and took care of it without trying to sell me on a whole new roof or extra work I didn’t need. Super honest, did a great job, and I really appreciate that kind of no-pressure service. Definitely recommend them if you just want the job done right
Awesome Company. Johnny came, understood my needs as my insurer was raising my hail deductible to 2% from 1% and I needed to check the roof prior to the expiration of my 1% policy. Thankfully my roof was sound except for some loose flashing which other roofers had commented about. He said I’ll nail this down for free. After the repair I tried to pay him for his time. He refused to take my offer. He is a man of his word and cares for his customer.
I highly recommend Johnny at Rockwall Roofing and Gutters. He is not only extremely professional and friendly, but he’s knowledgeable and attentive. He responded quickly to our concerns and performed same day service on our roof. He has excellent customer service and did an amazing job on our repairs. Thank you!! Excellent experience! Rockwall Roofing & Gutters are professional, responsive & have an excellent product. From the estímate for rain gutters to installation, this company was accommodating to my needs. They removed old gutters, waited for fascia to be painted then scheduled installation of new gutters within a day. Thank you for such a positive experience.
I had a great experience having new gutters installed on my home with Rockwall Roofing & Gutters. The whole process was easy and quick and took only 4 days from my inital call to request a quote to the final installation. The price I was quoted was fair and affordable. Johnny was responsive and thorough in answering all of my questions and his team was on time, polite, efficient, and left no mess behind. My new gutters look great!
