I called with a couple of issues I wanted addressed before the Spring weather. John answered and to my amazement was able to get over immediately as he was headed to the area anyway. He quickly identified and addressed both issues that previous companies missed when I identified the problems last year. The service level was very impressive. Highly recommend!
I recently had the pleasure of working with the owners of Rockwall Roofing, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. Upon an initial gound survey of my roof, I feared I might need new boots around 5 of my pipes . However, Johnny was able walk the roof and after sharing photos with me, he determined I only needed to have the pipes resealed. I'm so grateful that Johnny and Rockwall Roofing & Gutters are an honest business. I had two small leaks in my gutters. I noticed the leak by seeing a large puddle of water building up under the gutter during our recent storms. I requested a quote through their website on Friday night, they responded back by Sunday, and came out on Monday to inspect it.
