Well, I couldn't wait to write this review. I was so against getting a dental implant because of how it sounds (my wife drug me here!). But I must say that this was the least painful dental procedure that I've ever had. I didn't have to use any of the pain medication; not one pill! I didn't even get mild pain and since the surgery involves anesthesia, it seemed over in seconds. I'm kind of still in shock on how easy everything went.
