First crew that completed installation of 2 AC units and Thermostats failed to wire correctly causing hot air to blow even when thermostats were off. Technician Paul came out late night and discovered what previous tech did wrong and fixed. Made sure all air units were blowing properly and cold air. Thanks Paul! Update- This company went out of business. Due to there poor Ductwork that I later found out, my unit has been leaking water into the pan and duct is soaked. Absolutely DO NOT use this company! I spent over $18,000 on a new AC unit from them and it's broken less than 3 years later. Called for service and was told someone would be out today. Nobody showed up. They lied saying they attempted to call/text. They absolutely didn't. Now they're telling me sometime tomorrow. So much for "Always on Time...". Now I have to run over and buy window units so my family doesn't cook tonight in the 90 degree heat. I will be requesting reimbursement from them for the window units. Terrible compa... read more

Do not pick up their calls nor do they reply to schedules online. Called numerous times and left a voicemail and even scheduled online, have not heard from them for over a week. They should be called: Not to be found Heating & Air Conditioning.

This company charges me $9.95 a month for their maintenance program, and when I call to have them come out, there is no answer after three weeks. Basically, stealing from the customer. Beware, don’t use this service. Something has happened, something that has impacted their service!!

I hired these guys to come to our business. That was over three months ago and I still do not have a receipt to reconcile the charges. The tech couldn’t provide a receipt and his boss was going to send it over. They’ve stopped answering my calls they’ve never answered an email, they charged my card but I don’t have an invoice for the work done. Will tell everyone I get the chance to avoid one hour heat and air in Rockwall.
