Awsome place! Such a nice person and is always caring about his patients! Staff goes out of their way to help and are so sweet ! I love it!
The Dr. Office has recently moved from Rowlett to Rockwall. My experience working with Dr. Andino has been excellent. The staff is very accommodating and went out of their way several times over the past 2 years. I feel the care they are providing my father is also excellent. The thoroughness of the testing and the explanation of the results is a refreshing experience. We transferred my father from a very large practice in Dallas where we were treated more like cattle with very poor service and are very happy with the move.
Love Dr. Andino. He's helped me so much with my migraines, and to get off of unnecessary medication. The staff sometimes doesn't answer the phone or reply to portal emails in a timely manner, but they are always nice. I have rarely had to wait, and he gets me in quickly when need be. Botox has been amazing for my migraines and he does not charge obscene prices for this. Night and day difference from TX Neurology Headache institute. I love the staff. Very nice and helpful. Didn't hurt me with all the tests either. Dr. Is young but very up to date with latest knowledge and takes his time with you. I have seen a neurologist take less than 5 minutes in the room with me. Only reason its not 5 stars is heavy construction and hard to find. GPS no help.
