How this can even happen I'm not sure. I have lived in Texas for 4 years. My daughter has been has been coming to this place for 2 years. I got her Vaccines here, and when she started school I requested a copy of her shot record. They stated they have never gotten her shots here. I have pictures of my daughter sitting the the table in her dad's lap after the shots. They said no way to know what she was given so she has to have ALL HER SHOTS again. 3 years worth of shots. The drs and nurses at this location are always super nice and helpful,I've never had bad experience in the 5 years I've used them!
This place is a joke, if you have private insurance don't bother going to this clinic because they don't care about you unless you are on government assistance. Guess they can bill them more than my super expensive private insurance. Plus they told me that federal law says the government assistance patients have to get their vaccines before private insurance patients so they don't oder them at the same time. So avoid this place unless you have medicaid, or don't want timely shots and treatments.
