I am very pleased with the work of the salesperson John at Rockwall Ford. He showed high professionalism, offered competitive prices, and spent ample time answering all my questions. He picked us from airport and brought us on the dealership. He listened carefully to all my requests and thoughtfully worked to find solutions. In the end, the deal went smoothly, and I was very satisfied with the service!

I encountered significant unprofessionalism at Rockwall Ford dealership subsequent to my purchase of a truck, as I failed to receive the corresponding truck title. My attempts to address the matter with the dealership staff were met with evasiveness and uncooperativeness. Upon requesting to speak with the manager, I was met with further resistance, as *****, the manager, exhibited an unhelpful demeanor and showed no concern in aiding me to resolve the issue. Bought my vehicle from here. Have been getting service from here for the last 3 years. Went to get an oil change on my vehicle and presented the coupon they send me all the time for a full synthetic oil change. They said it didn't apply to my truck and would not honor it. They were very rude and dismissive. I finally just said get it done. Waited 2 hours plus only for them to come out and say they couldn't do my oil change because they didn't have a oil filter. Everything about Rockwall Ford is great! All you have to do is be honest and upfront and they will be as well. When you go in, (you know youre going) ask for ***! STAY FAR AWAY. Brought my Ford Raptor here for service as it was not correctly shifting into 4LO. Quoted me $1200 for the repair but I declined the service. When I got it back, my ENTIRE 4x4 drive is now broken & not functioning at all. Not to mention now displaying a permanent error message on my dash now. They claimed they never put their hands on it, and only did a diag, what a lie that was.
