Terrible rep in the parts department. Dealerships shouldn't be asking us what's on our vehicles, You guys built it and a VIN should determine the date time and place the vehicle was produced with what equipment was used at the time not there's 2 version what brand is it? If I was the customer and not the mechanic, How am I supposed to know what a alternator is or what to look for , Half the people on the road don't know what anything on a vehicle is. I had a wonderful experience and I’m really thankful for Rachel Anderson the service advisor, and Eduardo who was the technician who helped me out. I went into this Volkswagen service center in Rockwall county because my car sounded like it was about to shut-off completely, the car kept stuttering and the engine light would turn on every once in a while but the car is basically brand new and only had about 35k miles so I thought it was weird for it to be having any kind of engine issues but I had remembered I went to Clay Co... read more
Good service, only thing I wish they had outlets in waiting area so you could plug in computer and work while you wait.
