Today was awesome, thanks to our instructor Melissa. This was our first session for the fall at the Rockwall Aquatic Fitness center. Thank you for taking us out of our comfort zone by pushing us to keep moving with awesome moves and music. Let's go, Mermaids 🧜♂️
Nice place to spend a hot afternoon in TX , arrive early to beat the crowds !
