I had a procedure done here yesterday 12/31, and really can't overstate how good the experience was, all things considered. In the weeks leading up to the procedure, the front desk staff were very communicative, and helped me navigate the major headache of my doctor not promptly sending them my pre-op physical records and labwork. I had a procedure here on Monday, December 23. When we entered the reception and waiting space, I noticed it was in need of an update and the waiting room was very cold. There was another person in there waiting for someone getting a procedure and they had a small space heater next to them. Not sure if it was provided by the business or not, but it speaks to the level of chill and discomfort in the waiting area.
