The staff members are quite polite and nice
They are very hard to get ahold of. They're not always open either. I've left 2 messages and called 3 times.
You guys have people leave messages with their name and number but then never call anyone back. What is the point of you being open. 0/10
If you have a scheduled appointment you will be in the waiting room for at least 25 minutes. My newborn woke up in his car seat from the long wait and screamed the whole time in the waiting room. No one came to help me and when they did come and get me I was in tears. It was not mom friendly and you have to ask them to help carry things like a car seat they will stare at you if not. My newborn had an incredibly stressful experience here and so did I. Good luck.
They don't answer the phones to get help or schedule appointments. No way to get ahold of them.
