Dr. Jagoe has no bedside manner. She called me “short sighted” for sharing my fears of pregnancy and childbirth. Then she called me a “heavier woman.” I only came in for Nexplanon removal. I will not be coming back and hope other women will avoid scheduling with her; it ruined my day.
Back office is an actual nightmare. Love Dr. Emily G. and was honestly very comfortable at my appointment, but I spent over a YEAR trying to resolve the billing issues because someone didn't put the code in correctly in the first place. Everybody was pointing fingers at each other about whose job it is to update the billing. Spent hours on the phone with other offices, insurance, chasing down emails, etc. for a routine test that should have been covered in the first place. The providers in this facility are professional and knowledgeable when it comes to their practice, but the staff overall doesn’t seem as if they are a team effort sort of organization. The front desk receptionist has a very condescending demeanor. Their network was down today. When I had entered the facility instead of creating some sort of signage to inform patients that utilizing the kiosk was futile she had just sat there while people clearly had problems with the machine.
