Dr. Gibbs is extremely rude and actually believes that he knows everything. I didn't even bother arguing with him because I'm never going to see him again. He's got terrible bedside matters. And get this, that was my first appointment with him and he was absolutely as rude as you can get. No thanks. Tons of much more qualified doctors out there with better attitudes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this jerk.
This place is a mess, I scheduled an appointment at 8:40 AM because I had work at 10am. I get put in the room and they wait until 9:10 to tell me the doctor isn't coming and see if I can wait until 10AM for the other doctor can come in obviously I couldnt wait so I rescheduled. (It may have been an emergency idk so I gave them the benefit of the doubt.) I'm here again for my 1040am appt it is currently 11:56am and I'm still in the waiting room. If I could give a zero I would. This place is horrible. No wonder it’s a 3out 5. Should be lower than. That. I came for my appointment and my follow up and I had to wait an hour and half to even get in a patient room, after my scheduled time. The. I waited another hour for the dr to even see me. When It was time for my follow up a week later my results were not even in. And when they offered to call me back ( which is one of their services) they never did. I have been a patient of Rockville Medical and Dr. Naghavi for more than 20 years. He has helped me through many illnesses and health issues. He is thorough and cares about his patients. I have recommended him to many friends and family members over the years who have all continued with this practice. Go see him!
Great doctors to work with. I been going there for years very helpful. My mom also goes there at the age of 90 Dr. Naghaviit great .
