We had a horrible experience working with Granite works and will not recommend this company to anyone. We selected a quartz countertop with their sales rep (Evan and Snell), we paid the 70% deposit and were told that the countertop will be installed within 1 week after the measurement. They could not deliver the countertop even 3 weeks after the measurement as their supplier didn't have it in stock, and they could not even give us a timeframe for when it will be in stock.
