Love them. I’ve been going there since my daughter was born. I recommend anyone to bring their children here. Love the environment and staff, they are always welcoming & I’ve never had a problem with a long wait with my daughters appointment, usually within a minute we’re in an examining room. When my daughter was born Dr. Eskander was the dr who saw my daughter, even after she left the hospital for a couple times. She’s great. I love the doctors and staff They are the most caring and knowledgeable practice I totally trust there advise on my daughters health for 13 years they help with all my journey as a parent and all the wonderful germs from school.
Dedicated and courtesy doctors/staff Sometimes it is difficult to get through over the phone �
Love them. Been going there since when my 24 year old was an older infant and then now my 12 year since he was an infant. I recommend anyone to bring their children here. Doctors are great. Staff behind the desk need major work. They are rude. They act as if they are doing you a favor. You are ignored, put on hold 22 mins at a time (new record). They have not a clue why you are there (sick, checkup, something worse) but they don't care, their professionalism is non existent. The Doctors should call the office or have a family member (block number) and go through what we go through, I bet there would be an overhaul or some new positions opened.
Get a whole new front desk staff!
I’ve been going to dr Horlick for years- he is wonderful.
