I recently took my bike to Rockville Bike for a checkup before hitting the road again after a two-year break. I met Mike, the new owner, at a Chamber of Commerce event, and he encouraged me to bring it by to ensure it was safe and ready for regular rides. Mike and his team went above and beyond. He made a few suggestions, including an upgraded chain, and I decided to leave the bike with him for service. I dropped off an e-bike that needed a new back tire. I didn’t have an appointment but they had it done and ready for pick up in a little under two hours. The whole process was quick and easy and at a great price! Friendly customer service also! Thanks!
