Bad trailer court. Drugs etc. Management doesnt care about the residents only the money coming in. Sense angela alexander became manager the place became a dump. She moves in her friends and lets them get away with everything. They always having sewer problems. And the drugs are bad big time so is thief. Even found a couple of needles down at the play ground. When angela works she stays at the office and sleeps. If you're thinking about moving here, DONT!!! FINALLY GOT OUT OF THE DUMP.
DON'T MOVE HERE – Rockview Heights, LLC, just bought out ARC a group of trailer parks located in the St. Louis area. We moved in this trailer park back in 2008 and I will have to say it was the worse choice we could have ever made. First off we rented a trailer owned by the park. The carpet was old, dingy, with holes in it. I didn’t complain about this because I have pets and a very active 8 year old boy.
