You as the owner of a property in New Iberia should pay to have YOUR parking lot repaired. Instead the city council is imposing a 1% sales tax increase that residents have to pay. I definitely know that in every contract signed by your tenants states that YOU as the owner of said property is responsible for maintaining the shopping center. This is included in their lease!!!!

In February 2025, I contacted RockStep Capital about serious safety concerns at Lagniappe Village and provided photographs documenting the condition of the property. Months later, after continued deterioration and public complaints, I learned I had been blocked from the company’s Facebook page after speaking out publicly. They suck! They never do anything to to fix up their properties! If you're a greedy investor and just want to take advantage of us little people, then go ahead and invest in this company. I'm little guy that is just trying to make a living, feed my family, keep the lights on. This investment group doesn't care!
