Was waiting for three hours the guy never said anything to us helped people that came in way after us and never said a word to us the guy kept going out for cigarettes and never washed his hands he’s dirty asf

I came in late august for a flash tattoo, I picked a simple, small tattoo and left with butchered ink. The artist didn't seem in the correct mind set, did not ID, and was very sketchy during the tattoo process, not really letting me look while he was tattooing. He wiped away parts of his stencil and decided to free hand the wiped parts. After I realized how awful the tattoo looked, I contacted the owner of the store who said he would personally take care of my cover up and that we can schedule a day to do that.
