The summer tap intensive was a wonderful experience for my daughters. The teachers were very inclusive, engaging and knowledgeable.
Fun, inclusive, every age and fitness level will fit in and get a great work out. Instructors are amazing! Always enjoy Amber’s class, as her personality creates such a fun atmosphere! Nutrition coaching has been awesome! Getting good results and learning how to count macros.
