We LOVE Brendan! I HIGHLY recommend him. It's best to just share my experience BEFORE Brendan and our experience AFTER Brendan. So we removed the carpet off our entry way stairs ( I was tired of vacuuming the darn things) and found plywood underneath. I got a quote from Brendan and wanted to go with him because we really liked him, but got impatient as he was booked out for about a month.
