This scam of a company is not worth your time. The owner is a lair and has shady business practices. I was quoted one price over the phone and was told to fill out the contract online. After 3 days and multiple calls with no response I was finally able to get ahold of the owner. I just wanted confirmation if I had the bus or not. I should have read these reviews before getting in touch with them. The company never gave me any confirmation and never answered my calls/emails until... Until I told them I assumed that the deal was off. At that moment I get an e-mail from the owner who tells me I am legally linked to that contract and that cancelling my booking would result in a loss of 700$. This party bus was awesome! My guests and I had a great time! I bought this bus for my boyfriends 30th birthday party, such a great time will never forget! Yah the bus may have been bumpy at times but its a bus, what do you expect and riding around in Des Moine Iowa! The streets in any city are terrible! This was the WORST experience on a bus in my life. We rented the bus to support my cousin in a sporting event. Fist off the bus that roll up was not what we were expectation and was NOT worth the $1500 we paid for it. Up pulls a bus from probably 1968, oil leaking so it spelled like it was going to blow up. The bus was gross and uncomfortable. We were told it held 40 people comfortably... this was UNTRUE because the 25 of us were packed in like sardines and some had to stand or sit on coolers. This was absolutely the least professional company I have ever dealt with. We booked a night for a bachelor party three weeks in advance, put down a $100 deposit, and confirmed the reservation the day before the party.
