I thought the customer comes first but clearly your money does. Even SHEIN let you return things for a full refund. Most of their items don’t even qualify for an exchange. This is crazy that I have to keep a couple pair of jeans that can’t fit. I just wanted to exchange, but this was my first purchase and will ABSOLUTELY be my last.
