‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ BEWARE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Would give negative stars if I could! Rented this limo service to take us to the Cleveland airport for the start of a fantastic vacation. Driver showed up on time at 3am. It went downhill from there! Knobs on the radio controls are missing and limo smelled like mold or cat pee. Would have loved to give them business, but after having a very short email conversation with someone regarding the event and services, they stopped returning emails and calls.
We rented a stretch limo for an event in Cleveland. The departure was on time, driving was professional, safe, + courteous, & the price was fair. Choices were given during booking to ensure service & rate met our needs. Clean Car.
Our journey with Rockstar Limo was eight months ago - so why am I writing about it now? Because it was unforgettably AWESOME! Our driver, Matthew, and his coordinator, Melissa, were both great to work with -- super accommodating and kind. We extended our trip half-way through, and Matthew was totally open to making it a late night. He could have said no, and we would have understood, but Rockstar Limo likes a party, of course. Highly recommended! :)
