If I could give them negative stars, I would. They FORGOT to pick up MY HUSBAND AND GROOMSMEN!!!! They had ONE job. And an itinerary. And the driver sat at our ceremony location until my husband had to call and ask where he was!!!! Wedding ended up being 30-40 minutes late. They didn’t acknowledge responsibility, they tried to blame EVERYONE else, and they never once apologized. In fact they laughed on the phone when I was telling them it ruined my wedding day. Terrible service, even worse customer service.
Lousy company. Girl who answers phone is rude and speaks condescendingly. Just overall not a good experience. Take your business elsewhere and thank me later
‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ BEWARE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Would give negative stars if I could! Rented this limo service to take us to the Cleveland airport for the start of a fantastic vacation. Driver showed up on time at 3am. It went downhill from there! Knobs on the radio controls are missing and limo smelled like mold or cat pee. Would have loved to give them business, but after having a very short email conversation with someone regarding the event and services, they stopped returning emails and calls.
