Awesome small town gym with great personal service and very knowledgeable trainers!! Such a great and accepting community! You get to know everyone, say hi, chat and work out together. They have so many classes that are all free with your membership. Multiple classes everyday! Ryan, the personal trainer, is absolutely awesome and has totally turned my life around by helping to get me in shape and focus on taking care of my body. My mental health has improved as well, giving me more energy and allowing me to enjoy life more!!

Owner sells fake Lululemon joggers/apparel and pedals them to be real charging upwards of 100$ then will swear they are real BEWARE
