I made a small purchase (~$75) from their website. The wrong product was delivered. After a customer service interaction I would describe as incredibly dodgy, they agreed to take it back and issue a refund. Eventually I got a return label from them and shipped back the product. Canada Post tracking confirmed delivery. Then nothing. After pursuing with customer service multiple times over a month, they have still not issued the refund.
