I made a small purchase (~$75) from their website. The wrong product was delivered. After a customer service interaction I would describe as incredibly dodgy, they agreed to take it back and issue a refund. Eventually I got a return label from them and shipped back the product. Canada Post tracking confirmed delivery. Then nothing. After pursuing with customer service multiple times over a month, they have still not issued the refund. My 250w power bank accidentally got picked up, loaded into, and squished by a garbage truck yesterday.. IT SURVIVED!! only stunk like garbage juice :)

RS81. It’s a great portable power unit right up until it acts up. The top light decides on its own when to come on. I turn it off. Fifteen minutes later it thinks it should be on. Repeat until power runs out…..
