They NEVER open on time. My time is too valuable to wait for them to show up whenever they feel like it. Then they set out all the display tires before helping all the customers who were waiting for them to open. Asked for management info and was told the owner only stops by once a month or so...

I've been here and purchased a set of my tires for an old Volvo. It was the best deal on tires I've had in a long time with great customer service to boot. Skip the expensive tire places that will nickel and dime you. I'm going to Rockside next time I need tires.
