First, I want to say that the customer service at the Rocks is HORRIBLE. The girls that work there dont know much about their jewelery and they are so rude. I have gone it a couple of times and have bought a watch and some diamonds, but I have to say that going there a few times is just starting to get to me. I try to look past the service and get what I want, but the items they sell are so over priced and they dont even have a website (hello we are in 2005) They have many chains of stores, but JESUS this one is the worst.
