Unfortunately, not able to us the services I was paying for due to a upgrade it seems and somehow after hours I was locked out of everything. Talked with 3 different people to fix it over 30 days and just had to cancel and find a new place to go. Outside of that, nice place, clean place and friendly staff just not a good experience.
Rock's Gym is a gym it ain't fancy an which quality but it's a gym environment. Machines are kept up by management an gym is clean. Evening get pretty packed. If you need some fitness tips hit up Big Roy or Mike, they been around the gym game for a minute.
So Rocks probably does have the most fancy equipment or updated facility, but this is where the serious folks go. It’s not an intimidating at all, even for a beginner. I’ve had so many people give me advice about equipment or proper form without feeling intimidated. Our morning workouts are truly like family!
