I feel Cheated, Buyer Beware!! I purchased a used 2007 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer with cash, Within 12 hours of purchase the transmission went out and I had no vehicle! I called and sent an emails. When the employees could do nothing because of the owner and saying the paper work for the warranty wasn't in effect yet SO it wouldn't cover it, SO it was pre-existing!
