I wish I could rate lower.  Rockrose is ran by incompetent inexperienced individuals with Sydney the Slumlord as the puppet master. If you want no communication, zero accountability, and an apartment that represents lipstick on a pig… their properties are for you! The pics are photoshopped. She puts incentives on tenants for positive reviews as a “raffle” on discounted rent. She gives zero fucks. Won’t answer phone calls, emails, or texts regarding issues. My review keeps getting removed and I know she has past and present employees that have written good reviews for her. Sydney was the worst property manager I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful on multiple occasions. She scammed me out of over 800 dollars claiming a refund from Chases BANK never got returned to her and ending up sending over her payroll of all of her leasing properties with names of tenants attached, highly illegal. ROCKROSE took over my mothers apartment in North park Feb 2025 and on April 1st we were told that we should have vacated apartment on that day. advised by ROCKROSE that ABN lied and never gave notices began to tell us we needed to vacated and then started demolition at the time . We have tried to move out fast at possible as my mother is 86 yrs old, bed bound, dementia and currently in ICU since 05/09/2025. we experessed that the tenant is in ICU and could not move on 05/15 but we were sent a ledger that she currently owes $... read more

I think we can all agree that moving, in itself, is one of the most stressful things in life. So, when you find someone who follows through with their word, it's the beginning of hope. There are many scammers, and I mean think about it, once you do apply, you hand your "everything" to someone whom you just met-your name, SS#, bank statements, etc.. it's scary!
