I have dealt with Sarah at Rock Rimmon a few times now ( I run Mormon hollow auto) every single time she has had the part as described and had it for me same day. Honestly probably one of the best salvage yards around. I like straight forward business like this and appreciate it. Keep up the great work! Look forward to doing more business with you!
Very poor and unfair customer service. They will sell you any old part knowing it's no good and then say it's used when it's no good. They make all excuse to give you a refund and when they do they give partial and say they charging restocking fee.
