This place kicked me out for absolutely no reason after I got approved and my elderly parents who live with heart conditions and other medical problems, and myself who was 9 months pregnant at the time, had to help me pack up all of my belongings and move back out the next day! I was going to be on the lease with my dad as a co-signer.
There is a reason why this apartment is so cheap in this area. The quality of these apartments continue to go downhill and yet the rent keeps increasing. The maintenance staff is rude and will label you as “mean” if you call them with issues that are out of your control, such as pipes leaking. I dealt with three separate leakes in the same spot (underneath the shower and above the fridge). One leak resulted in me finding mold (this was after maintenance came by and said he couldn’t find any issue), and another leak resulted ... read more
Management and maintenance really went down after a change in ownership shortly after the pandemic. Property managers were in and out the next few years; the position seemingly a revolving door. The current management, perhaps there now for a little over a year, seems to have very little care for the residents. Though the price of rent is relatively low for the area, I cannot recommend these townhouses...the AC units do not work, which makes the upstairs especially unbearable in the summer. My boyfriend & I just moved here a month ago. We love it here! Friendly and quiet neighborhood. Very cute and clean townhomes. Amazing price for rent! Highly recommend Rockridge Village
