Mice in the apartments and garbage everywhere.
There's always some form of vandalism, property damage, or garbage around the building. At times you'll find a drunk person in the halls or even sleeping in the laundry room.
I babysat for my sister here. Every night no matter what day it is. I would have to grab a bat because there would be drunks and people high off of who knows what. Banging on every door and screaming and fighting in the hall ways And security never came once.
