Absolutely beautiful. We will be back in late October next year for our honeymoon.
Very convenient , dinner last night was good Fabulous breakfast ,
AC didn't work well, we had a view of the parking lot, the pool was cold and had no views...for a rock resort it didn't hold up to par.
Overall pretty good, except for the broken AC unit in my room. They replaced it with a portable unit that kept the window in my room wide open all day and night making it extremely noisy with all of the tourists walking by shopping. Once AC was repaired, they called my room a few hours later and woke me up from a nap saying maintenance was outside my door to get the portable unit but saw that I had the privacy marker on my door and they couldn't come in. First time staying here getting my son moved from Louisville Ky to Avon to begin his first job after graduating college. Loved the year round pool and hot tub. They lit the fireplaces by the pool at night....beautiful! In the heart of Vail Village!
This is an awesome place, the rooms are beautiful and the staff is very courteous and attentive. Can’t wait to come back!
The staff is wonderful. The valet was the first to greet us. Unloaded our car and brought our things to our room. The dinners we were served were five star. Delicious. Most tender beef and chicken. The rooms are are very well done. Enjoyed our time there!
Great place to stay and super friendly staff.
it might be good, but since we've been waiting for 4 hours to check in now I cant really say. staff has zero urgency and just keeps telling us check in isn't guaranteed until 4PM. really? so every room in the hotel is magically clean by 4PM and none before?
