Were the waiting room chairs comfortable while waiting for your pet? Yes Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have Was this provider helpful about using your insurance coverage? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was sufficiently staffed? Yes Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times? Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

Did this provider show attention to detail? Kind of, but not very much Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet? Not really, it was a little upsetting Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Was the waiting area spacious? No, multiple people had to stand Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy

Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Does this veterinarian offer emergency after-hour services? Never! They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick? Yes, their compassion was greatly appreciated. Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
