Don't waste your time reporting problems that the administrations doesn't like because they will erase it right away. I would like to see how long this writing last. 1. They have mold in the apartment. I have pictures to prove it. 2. I lived there 3 years and they never fixed the bathroom doors. 3. They give you old and dirty appliances. Misty is the BEST! – Let me start off by saying that I would have loved living here if it weren't for all of the problems with my water pressure. I lived there for the last year and grew to love my apartment.. there were no bugs.. it was a great location.. and it was in my price range. If you like running water, don't move here – I have lived here since 2010 and due to eroding pipes the owner will not fix, the water is shut off at least for an entire day ONE day EACH WEEK. Thats when we're notified, other times you'll just turn the faucet on and nothing comes out. Twice I've had to go to work without a shower. Today, December 17, 2011 A Saturday, the water has been shut off for over 9 hours... no one can cook, clean, shower or even flush the toilet. Its like living in a third world country. Rockport Not a good place for security – I didn't actually live at Rockport but whenever I went to visit friends I was able to get in those pretend gates, Either they was broken or just sit in car and wait for someone to open them doesn't take a genius to figure that stuff out. Bad place to live – Leaky Faucets walls cracking locks on doors never changed had an ex tennant come in when I was sitting watching tv he didn't think I was home NOT a good intro to my new apt I was scared..took 5 days for the locks to get changed after my initial complaint, the pool is always closed good thing as it is always greenish. I pay for water but it seems everytime I turn around it is shut off due to some pipe work so never at my convenience. Not a good place to live – When I 1st moved in It was an ok place SO I THOUGHT...Gale was very pleasant and she had her faults as well, Hence the reason she was let go...But the new manager is totally unreasonable and judgemental, I had an Unruly neighbor below me that complained about me walking too loud and the management staff said that 1 more complaint then I would be able to move to a different apartment within the complex...WELL one more complaint and I get evicted!!
