Dropped my F-150 off with two different issues. Not only was the staff efficient and friendly, but after calling with a quote, they continued to research one of the problems and found another way to fix it, saving me several hundred dollars. I took my Grand Marquis to Rockport Auto Clinic (RAC) this past Monday. They fixed my power steering, and changed the oil. They did a fantastic job. They called me with a estimate of what it would cost shortly after I dropped it off. I am very impressed with there professionalism, and politeness.
