I called and spoke with Eddie regarding a loan I requested through my attorney. I agreed to a loan for $5k back in September 2024. The case was settled in October 2025 so the loan should have been paid with back with interest. According to Eddie, he said my account reflected that I took a loan out in January 2021 for $9,100 which accrued interest of $24k. I never took out that loan in 2021.
