I have been with Dr. Connie McLeod for over 10 years. She is a caring professional that truly cares about those she interacts with. She has gone above and beyond to treat all my concerns and heath needs. Even though I moved 2 hours away I still make the trip to her new office (which is beautiful, clean, w friendly helpful staff). I refuse to to trust anyone else with my health concerns after being treated so well!
I felt confidant with the care received, office is clean and staff very friendly. Plenty of parking, handicap parking as well which is close to the entrance. Inside they are immediately on your left.

Connie has been my PCP since 2014 and I was delighted to become her patient at her very own practice! Rockpoint Family Medicine is fantastic! All the staff are just as friendly as Connie herself!
