We received letters of neighbors complaining which we raised to Rocknhomes, but they never followed through to investigate the matter. They are only interested in their money. Very positive, professional experience renting from RockNHomes for several years. I feel grateful to have been able to enjoy such good communication with the property managers and always felt safe and supported at the property. There can be such a wide range of rentals available at the Beaches, so it was very reassuring to connect with a quality management company with a great office team.
We hired Jeff DeAngelis to sell our family home in Jacksonville earlier this year, and Jeff and his team at RocknHomes did a great job. The house had its challenges, mostly due to age (it was built in 1953), and the buyer’s inspection reports flagged a lot of expensive work that they asked us to do before closing.
