They failed to call me Saturday for the referral...monday they were so busy they couldn't treat the dog or see us..our dog was screaming and crying in the back stuck on a cage for hours..when we wanted to leave without treatment they forced me to sign a,waiver under duress to get my dog back and charged him even tho we had no vet visit..extortionists!!

We are on the east coast now, but when we were in the area; they were the only vetranarian we trusted.
We usually go to Willow Rock and of course when a situation arose with our husky, Denali, Willow Rock was unavailable due to vacation. We were referred to Rocklin Road by Willow Rock's staff. What happened was fast and unexpected but Dr. Grunder and then Dr. Gerst took great care of her and us. Brought my precious puppy in after she had a 15ft fall. They were fast to take care of her and me. As always the loving staff went above and beyond.
